At UPS I managed the global deployment of UPS.com (100 + country sites in 20+ languages) and expanded the interactive communications function from a developer of application interfaces supporting UPS's bi-annual Enterprise Release, to a 50-person cross-functional team proactively leveraging the online channel to also support global marketing initiatives, new product releases, customer acquisition, segmented content supporting enterprise brand positioning, important strategic alliances and channel partner programs (theupsstore.com).

Led the development of UPS’ brand management website.

Created international acquisition and brand marketing programs.

Led partnerships with organizations such as Yahoo and eBay.
