AcuvueProfessional.com and Acuvue.com first J&J brand websites built using responsive design principles
Research indicated that 80% of our U.S. professional audiences rarely or never visited our professional sites because they did not find adequate value and could access similar information elsewhere in the vision care ecosystem. To align with data around increasing mobile penetration, we released a new publishing methodology and HCP-centric functionality simultaneously across desktop, tablet, and mobile for our U.S. professional and APAC consumer audiences. Since re-launch, we saw a 20% overall increase in traffic and a 35% reduction in bounce rate on our professional site, and increases is visit durations (57%), mobile traffic and eTrial registrations (40%) for our consumer sites.
