Citi’s first retail digital merchandising pilot in the U.S.
Leveraging learnings from “paperless branches” and smart banking technologies pioneered by Citi in Asia featuring multiple interactive sales walls and other media walls, I led the content strategy for the initial launch, featuring content for both retail and commercial customers, as well as the small business, wealth management and mortgage divisions.
